Women's World Cup 2005: Day 7 Results |
April 3rd, 2005:
Torrential rains across
Pretoria washed out all matches in the 7th and
Final Round of the group stage of the Women's
World Cup.
In the 1st Semi-Final on
Tuesday, Australia will take on England while
India will take on New Zealand on Thursday. The
rain also washed away South Africa's chance to
automatically qualify for the next World Cup.
The top four, West Indies
and Sri Lanka have guaranteed their places at
the next tournament.
