PCB releases
names of officials for the West Indies Series |

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)
has released the names of the Officials in
charge of the upcoming Test and One Day
International Series against West Indies. Four
different Umpires from neutral countries have
been chosen which includes Simon Taufel and
Daryl Harper from Australia, Mark Benson from
England and Asoka de Silva of Sri Lanka.
Simon Taufel and Asoka de Silva will be
officiating the 1st Test Match to be played at
Lahore from the 11th of this month. Daryl Harper
and Mark Benson will be standing for the other
two Test Matches to be played at Multan and
Karachi. Daryl Harper and Nigel Llong (from
England) will be the two neutral umpires to be
used in the 5-ODIs. The Match Referee for both
the Tests and One Dayers is former Sri Lankan
Test Opener,
Roshan Mahanama. The Series is called as the
Bank Alfalah Cup 2006.
