Few people know that West Indian Umpire Billy Doctrove was also a former International Football Referee! After retiring as a Football Referee, Doctrove took into Cricket Umpiring which started in the year 1998 and ever since that there has been no looking back. One of the most notable things about Billy Doctrove is that he has a pavilion named after him in the Windsor Park in Roseau in his home country Dominica!
