Shoaib Malik to undergo shoulder surgery in
South Africa |

Pakistan
all rounder Shoaib Malik would be undergoing an
operation to correct a loose tendon between his
elbow and shoulder of his right arm. According
to a media release by the PCB, Shoaib Malik was
not treated correctly the last time he had the
shoulder and the elbow injuries. This has led
continuous discomfort to the player and an
inability to straighten his arm. According to
the PCB, Shoaib Malik would be undergoing this
shoulder injury under Dr. Vrettos who had
treated him earlier and is a specialist in
shoulder-related sports injuries. Malik would be
undergoing this surgery in Cape Town and he is
expected to be fully fit for the England tour.
