PCB swaps Peshawar and Rawalpindi
venues for the ODI Series |
Dec 30, 2005
The Pakistan Cricket Board has swapped the
venues for the first two One Dayers between
Pakistan and India. Peshawar which was to host
the 1st ODI on February 6 will now host the 2nd
ODI on February 8 and Rawalpindi would host the
1st ODI now. The PCB has altered the itinerary
due to security concerns with Peshawar likely to
face a shortage of security personnel as the
tour coincides with the Islamic month of
Muharram.
