Umar Gul picked in Pak A Squad to face India |

Umar Gul comes back into reckoning in
International Cricket as he got selected in the
Pakistan A team that would play a 3-day match
against India at Lahore. Umar Gul had picked up
a 5 wicket haul against India at Lahore in
2004/05 to help Pakistan win the Test Match by 9
wickets. But the 21 year old lanky fast bowler
from Peshawar broke down with a stress fracture
in his back and he was out of cricket for almost
a year. India begin their tour of Pakistan by
playing this 3-day match against Pakistan A at
the Bagh-e-Jinnah Stadium in Lahore. The match
begins on the 7th of January with the Indians
arriving in Pakistan on the 5th. Hasan Raza
would be leading the 12 members squad.

Wasim, Faisal Iqbal, Hasan Raza (Captain), Asim
Kamal, Bazid Khan, Zulqarnain Haider (Wicket
