Opener KB Pawan (77 not out) and no.4 Amit Verma (84 not out) have rescued Karnataka from a jittery position of 37 for 2 to 186 for 2 at close of play on Day 2 at Mysore. Earlier in the day, Bengal lost its remaining five wickets at the addition of 72 runs. Vinay Kumar and Sreesanth Aravind picked up three wickets each for Karnataka.
