Shabbir and Malik reported for suspect bowling
actions |

Fast bowler Shabbir Ahmed and off spinning all
rounder Shoaib Malik have been reported for
their suspect bowling action by the on field
umpires after the conclusion of the 1st Test at
Multan. The two umpires Billy Bowden and Simon
Taufel have reported about this to the ICC Match
Referee Roshan Mahanama. Both Shabbir and Malik
were previously dogged by chucking controversies
and just recently the ICC had cleared Shabbir
from the chucking episode and has permitted him
to bowl. Both bowlers are though permitted to
bowl in the 2nd Test and if the on field umpires
think they are bending their elbow then they can
be no-balled.
