Australia defeated Ireland by a big margin of 209 runs at Queenstown. Asked to bat first, the Aussies put up 274 for 5 with Alex Keath (88), Tim Armstrong (73) and Tom Beaton (53) getting amongst the runs. Ireland in reply were bundled out for just 65 in 24.2 overs with Nick Buchanan taking four wickets and Kane Richardson taking three.
